Inviting applications for the role of AM, Mortgage Responsibilities Audits data transactions and takes/makes client calls, Is responsible for adhering to defined performance level parameters (efficiency, quality etc.) Assist the Team Leader with closing changes in documentation with process. Identifies problem through audits or process feedback. Assist the Team Leader in a multi shift environment as a single point of contact. Qualification we seek in you Minimum qualifications Graduation (B. Com preferable) Preferred qualifications Prior-experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industry.
