Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Innovation PMO to support and manage end-to-end product and packaging innovation projects. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in FMCG/CPG sectors, with a good understanding of project management and product lifecycle in innovation, from ideation to market launch.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support innovation projects across packaging and product development lifecycles.

Assist in project kick-offs and ensure stakeholder alignment on scope, objectives, and timelines.

Facilitate and coordinate project meetings (kick-off, updates, post-mortems) and ensure communication flow across teams.

Track and monitor project progress, maintain project dashboards and documentation using PM tools and Excel.

Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and propose mitigation or acceleration plans.

Ensure documentation accuracy and collect complete supporting materials for internal records and approvals.

Conduct lessons-learned reviews to refine future project execution.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: MBA preferred; Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.

Experience:

3+ years in project management, ideally within FMCG or CPG domains.

3+ years in product innovation, packaging development, or marketing.

Experience as a Brand Manager is a plus.

Proficient in analytical tools like Power BI and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
