Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, presenting our solutions through engaging video demos, and building lasting relationships with potential clients in B2B environments.
Desired Profile > Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through a mix of cold calling, networking, and client visits
> Conduct online demos to showcase IT services and solutions tailored to client needs
> Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
> Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable proposals
> Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
> Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue
Roles and Responsibilities > Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT-related field (MBA preferred)
> 3+ years of business development experience in IT services
> Hands-on experience with conducting virtual IT service demos over Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
> Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
> Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
> Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
> Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
> Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and long sales cycles
