Manager/Sr. Manager - Project Execution - Pune @ Shapoorji Pallonji

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complete site execution of residential high-rise buildings using MIVAN aluminium formwork technology.
  
• Prepare and implement detailed execution schedules, ensuring alignment with master project timelines.
  
• Oversee structural, finishing, external development, and infrastructure works.
  
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, planning, procurement, and MEP teams for seamless execution.
  
• Monitor and manage contractor performance, labor deployment, and productivity.
  
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to statutory norms at site.
  
• Review and verify contractor bills, DPRs, and site documentation.
  
• Conduct periodic review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Ensure timely snagging, de-snagging, and final handover of units.
  
• Address and resolve site-level execution issues promptly to avoid delays.
  
• Manage material planning, inventory control, and usage monitoring, especially related to MIVAN works.
