We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead (.Net) with 8+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using the .NET technology stack. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and ensure the best practices are followed for scalable and high-performance applications. This role requires a mix of hands-on development, solution architecture, and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve decision-making in solution architecture, software design, and code reviews.
- Develop and implement backend solutions that align with customer business needs, leveraging cloud-based platforms and microservices architecture.
- Develop and review feature design documents and provide inputs/update to specifications for the solution.
- Design and implement a set of various types of tests (unit, integration, functional, etc.).
- Take a proactive approach in architecture design, process improvements, and technology adoption.
- Collaborate with international teams in an Agile development environment.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, QA, and stakeholders.
- Deliver and oversee the Product roadmap, ensuring timely planning and execution. Enforce high coding standards, best practices, and ensure code is testable, automatable, and performant throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Qualifications:
- Masters or bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET frameworks.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in microservices architecture, cloud computing (Azure/AWS), and DevOps.
- Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Solid experience in SQL/NoSQL databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or CosmosDB.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and coding best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with strong collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with software design patterns, SOLID principles, and test-driven development (TDD).
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations in .NET applications.
- Experience with serverless computing and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates).
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, or .NET-related technologies.
- Understanding of ISO Standards: Knowledge of relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 27001 and 27701) and their application in the workplace.
