Job Description
- Lead the AI team in developing and deploying AI models.
- Define the AI strategy in alignment with the company s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end AI project life cycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Manage the AI team s resources, budget, and timelines.
- Communicate AI project progress and insights into executive leadership.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Experience with NLP, Generative AI, and Transformer models.
- Experience in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing AI models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language
processing.
- Experience with AI development frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
- Ability to deploy AI models in cloud-based and edge environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical.
- Understanding of ISO Standards: Knowledge of relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 27001
and 27701) and their application in the workplace.
