We are seeking a proactive and client-focused US Account Manager with 3+ years of experience in IT staffing. You will manage existing accounts, build strong client relationships, gather requirements, and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver top-notch talent. Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, consistent closures, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with assigned US clients (direct clients, MSPs, or system integrators).
Requirement Gathering: Understand and document job requirements clearly; communicate them effectively to the recruitment team.
Coordination with Recruiters: Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure quality submissions, interview coordination, and timely follow-ups.
Pipeline Management: Track all open roles, submissions, interviews, and feedback using ATS/CRM tools.
Performance Tracking: Monitor fulfillment metrics (submissions, interviews, closures, revenue) and report weekly to leadership.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and introduce additional services when appropriate.
Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for client escalations, updates, and delivery feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing account management or client services.
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and various IT skill sets (e.g., Java, QA, Data, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with VMS/MSP platforms and direct client engagement.
Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and immigration statuses (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.).
Hands-on experience with ATS tools like CEIPAL, Bullhorn, or JobDiva.
