- Performing recruitment & generalist activities
- Calling and screening candidates on the phone, short-list & call suitable candidates for discussion
- Headhunting on social media like Linkedin, Facebook
- Employee management, appraisals & manpower planning
Required Candidate profile
- The candidate should be MBA in HR
- Atleast 2+ years experience in IT Recruitment
- Experience in hiring with the help of Linkedin, Facebook & other social networks.
- Good communication and people skills.
