Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Director to oversee and manage the company s financial operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, compliance, and risk management, coupled with leadership skills to drive the company s financial strategy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- CA/MBA or CWA/CPA certification preferred
- 15+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in overseeing audits and managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Develop and implement the company s financial strategy to support business objectives and ensure long-term profitability. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

- Monitor and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability and sustainability of the business.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align financial plans with business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
