Job description :
1. Analysis: Analyzing business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
2. Requirements Gathering: Interacting with stakeholders, including clients, managers, and users, to gather and document requirements for projects or system enhancements.
3. Documentation: Creating detailed documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to guide development or implementation teams.
4. Data Analysis: Examining data sets to extract meaningful insights that can drive business decisions and strategies.
5. Problem-Solving: Identifying issues within existing processes or systems and proposing effective solutions to address them.
6. Communication: Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and goals.
7. Testing and Validation: Collaborating with testing teams to ensure that solutions meet specified requirements and conducting validation to verify effectiveness.
8. Continuous Improvement: Monitoring implemented solutions, gathering feedback, and suggesting further enhancements or modifications for continuous improvement.
9. Project Management Support: Assisting in project planning, risk assessment, and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery.
10. Technology Evaluation: Evaluating new technologies or tools that could potentially benefit the organization and align with business objectives.
11. Training and Support: Providing training and support to users for newly implemented systems or processes.
