Senior Instructional Designer @ Mindtickle

Job Description

1. Structure, chunk, and/or recreate existing customer content into material suitable for bite-sized learning.
2. Design and develop engaging content, primarily using tools like PowerPoint, Camtasia, Goanimate, amongst others.
3. Create project estimates and ensure timely delivery.
4. Work directly with internal and external stakeholders owning the project right up to its delivery.
5. Develop best practices on content creation for distributed and on-the-go sales teams.
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing sales content to identify emerging patterns.

8. Have 5+ years experience as an Instructional Designer, Content Developer or Content Designer
9. Possess advanced skills in needs analysis, storyboarding, scripting, and module production/development
10. Have experience driving projects end-to-end with SMEs from analysis to final deployment
11. Have hands on experience using PowerPoint
12. Have experience building eLearning Solutions using any one of the authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate, or Rise
13. Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines, owning and driving projects from ideation to final deployment
14. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
15. Possess experience with learning management systems
16. Have pursued any Bachelor s degree
17. Have Instructional Design Certification (Preferred)
18. Have experience in curriculum designing learning consultancy (Preferred)
19. Have exposure to multiple output formats (scorm, videos, job aids, etc.) (Preferred)
