MindTickle is looking for Customer Success Engineer II to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers using company products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and inquiries.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to address product defects.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve product functionality and user experience.
• Prepare and maintain customer support documentation and reports.
• Stay updated on product features and updates.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.
