Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager to lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, Business Central) projects for our clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions while managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics platforms, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering ERP/CRM projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, and client teams to ensure solution quality.
- Conduct project status meetings, prepare reports, and present to internal and client leadership.
- Drive adherence to project methodology standards (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions in compliance with Microsoft best practices.
- Lead change management and user adoption activities as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in ERP/CRM implementations.
- 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (CE, F&O, BC, or AX/NAV/CRM legacy systems).
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality, architecture, and lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and frameworks (e.g., MS Project, Jira, DevOps).
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and testers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Dynamics 365 Project Manager certifications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and integration projects.
- Experience with global or multi-country Dynamics 365 rollouts.
- Familiarity with data migration, integration, and security concepts within Dynamics projects.
