Pipeline Generation
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel initiatives across Web, paid search, paid social, and content syndication to generate quality pipeline.
- Manage website performance including conversion, campaign pages, optimizations. Work closely with the web manager on your team to continuously test and maximize performance.
- Drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs across digital channels to target accounts.
- Collaborate with product marketing to align messaging and assets with target personas, industries, and use cases for digital channels.
- Drive alignment with sales teams on lead handoffs, pipeline goals, and success metrics.
- Continuously track the ROI from each channel and optimize.
Optimization & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze performance across digital channels, leveraging insights to optimize spend and improve ROI.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure the success of demand generation in digital channels, highlighting pipeline impact and areas of improvement.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in campaign performance, audience behavior, and market dynamics.
Budget Management
- Manage and allocate the demand generation budget to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, or channels to scale demand generation efforts effectively
