Job Description
Content Management Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed research to develop and produce high-quality content across various asset types, including press releases, whitepapers, and corporate reports.
- Develop compelling localized content for various global markets. Proactively improve existing content and processes.
- Mentor junior content producers and provide constructive feedback during the peer review process.
- Ensure adherence to brand voice and style guidelines as a Hexaware brand ambassador.
- Stay updated on best practices in content marketing and the IT services industry.

Essential Skills:
- Superior command of the English language including rules and usage. Strong proofreading, editing, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels. Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet. Familiarity with SEO best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word.
- Familiarity with AP Style. Ability to work collaboratively in a global context with a diverse set of colleagues.
- Ability to write and edit both American and British English.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. 6+ years of experience producing content for an IT services company. Understanding of IT technologies and services.
