We are seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager Financials (FSCM) to lead the implementation and enhancement of Workday Financials modules. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of finance business processes and Workday FSCM modules, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full lifecycle Workday Financials implementations, enhancements, and rollouts.
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
Facilitate functional design workshops for Financials modules such as:
Financial Accounting
Supplier Accounts (AP)
Customer Accounts (AR)
Procurement
Expenses
Banking and Settlement
Projects and Grants
Business Assets
Work closely with Workday consultants and integration partners to ensure smooth implementation.
Coordinate testing, training, change management, and cutover activities.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of Finance/ERP experience, with 3 5 years in Workday Financials.
Proven experience as a Project Manager leading at least one Workday FSCM implementation.
Strong functional knowledge of finance and procurement processes.
Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
Familiarity with project tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
Workday Financials certification (desirable but not mandatory).
PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience with multi-entity, global deployments.
Knowledge of Workday reporting and security concepts.
Understanding of Workday Prism, Adaptive Planning, or Integrations.
