• Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CI/CD: Maven, Git, Jenkins

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead/Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AEM solutions. You will lead development efforts, manage digital assets, integrate AEM with other systems, and mentor team members. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows
• Manage AEM DAM and metadata
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems and APIs
• Lead and mentor development teams, enforce best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance AEM implementations

Skills & Qualifications:

• 714 years of experience in AEM development
• Strong expertise in AEM 6.x, Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR
• Hands-on with DAM, content management, and metadata management
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Maven, Git, Jenkins)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of personalization and analytics in AEM
