What You Will Do and Learn

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and help build and maintain our Salesforce DevOps practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and extensive experience with DevOps methodologies and tools, particularly Flosum.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end DevOps processes for Salesforce development using Flosum as the primary tool
• Set up and manage version control repositories for Salesforce projects
• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline the software development lifecycle
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes
• Monitor and optimize system performance and deployment processes
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on DevOps best practices
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies throughout the DevOps lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build, deployment, and release processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and tools in the Salesforce ecosystem

Qualifications We Are Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps practices
• Strong proficiency in Flosum for Salesforce DevOps processes
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX and Salesforce CLI
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governance best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or AutoRABIT
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
