Job Description

Skills Required:8 years of experience in Performance Testing using :
HP Performance Center, Load Runner, Silk Performer, PC, JMeter, Soasta
Experience in performance testing specially Java, Microsoft, Web applications
NFR Collection, Analysis , Perf Design Review, Workload Analysis, Test Planning, Code Profiling, Perf Test Scripting
Perf Test Execution, Analysis, Server Side tuning, Browser Level Testing, Browser Level tuning, Post Prod Analysis
Post Prod Monitoring, Post Prod Tuning
Must have Java, .net and C experience
Mobile performance testing experience including front end, device-level testing
Must have worked in agile projects
Must have setup CD/CI (Jenkins) based unit performance testing framework
Knowledge of diagnostic tools, both server as well as device-level is desired
Agile Methodology, Strong communication skills, planning skillsKey CompetenciesPlanning:Plan, design, and author effective test cases
Prepare Non-Functional-Test (NFT) Strategy
Provide NFT estimates/sizing for the work packages
Prepare workload models
Analysis of requirements specifications and design documentsExecution:Assist with the planning and manage Performance Testing cycle
Develop/Review scripts and ensure accuracy as per performance test requirements
Create data, conduct tests and analyze results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and /or customer requirements.
Ensure that Performance tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.
Prepare performance measurement metrics
Assist with development of Performance Test Plans, Status Reporting, Test Readiness Reviews and Post-Implementation Reviews as appropriate
Communicate Test Results, report findings, recommendations and bring in closure to NFT
Work new strategies, value-adds, roadmap
