Role & responsibilities
Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Maintain candidate database and track progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
- Participate in recruitment events to build a talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of recruiting processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
