Exotel is a customer engagement platform providing a suite of products, APIs and capabilities to help enterprises solve their customer communication and engagement needs. Your main responsibilities will include gathering product requirements, crafting the product roadmap, defining user stories and working closely with Engineering for product development.

You ll work with cross-functional teams to build products that cater to customer needs, fill gaps in the market and increase customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion to create, disrupt and scale. You should have 3-5 years of experience in Product Management. Our ideal candidates should have prior development experience or work closely in a tech-driven environment.

• Constantly interact with customers, sales and marketing teams to stay abreast of industry needs, trends and best practices and create a roadmap in sync with Exotel s vision and strategic goals.


• Do user research to understand points of friction in the product to improve adoption.


• Own and execute the roadmap by working with Design and Engineering teams to provide great customer experience and help win more business for the organization.


• Manage new features and releases through the entire product lifecycle.


• Work with stakeholders and take complete ownership of the products you are working on.


• Track, measure and report success metrics for your product charter.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.


• 3-5 years of total PM experience, preferably in a platform or application framework role in a SaaS company

  Hands-on experience with platform technologies, REST APIs and SDKs

  
  

• Good analytical and organization skills, with the ability to create product roadmap based on available data and research


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Empathy for your customers, peers and people in general


• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders with reasoning
