Sales Development Representative @ Exotel

Job Description

• Act as the first point of contact with the prospects and outbound leads.
• Work towards materializing Lead Qualification.
• Assign leads to sales teams.
• Coordinating meetings with clients and prospects.
• Data mining through different web portals.
• Database management and segregation.

• Effective communication skills and has an innate ability to relay information in a meaningful manner to the management.
• He/ She must be well-versed with Excel, and other Microsoft tools.Sound knowledge of software industry is desirable.
• International market experience preferred (Africa/APAC & Middle-East.) .
• IT-Software / Software Services / Sales experience.
• Must have excellent soft-skills.
• Must have excellent sales and customer management skills.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PPT.
• 3-6 Years

• Should have good negotiation skills.
