Python Automation Engineers with expertise in 4G/5G play a crucial role in the telecommunications industry, focusing on automating testing and deployment processes associated with mobile networks. Their primary responsibilities include developing automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools to ensure the reliability and performance of network components and services.

What You'll Do:
- Automation Development:Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation scripts and frameworks for testing 4G/5G network functionalities.Implement automated testing solutions for SDN components and messaging systems to ensure high reliability and performance.
- Network Testing:Conduct end-to-end testing of 4G/5G networks, including core network elements, radio access networks, and user equipment.Validate messaging protocols and services within the network, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, software developers, and product managers, to define automation requirements and strategies.Participate in Agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to improve processes and outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to analyze network performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network performance and messaging services.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes, test cases, and results to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python programming and experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Robot Framework). Strong understanding of 4G/5G technologies, including LTE, NR, and relevant protocols.
- Networking Knowledge:Familiarity with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) concepts and architectures. Experience with messaging protocols and frameworks (e.g., MQTT, AMQP, SIP).
- DevOps Practices: Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker) to automate deployment and testing workflows.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to diagnose network issues and propose effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
