Desired Candidate Profile
- " Overall 9-12 years of experience in Finance application development using JAVA/J2EE technologies.
- 3+ plus years' experience as a project manager including client facing project management, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, Hibernate, MyBatis, JDBC, Web Services, Spring MVC, Struts, JSF, AJAX, Java script, JSON.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Financial domain: Global Remittance, Payment banking, Branchless Banking
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.

- Planning, Monitoring and Control of Schedule

- Root Cause Analysis, Phase End Analysis, Quality Report preparation
