Job Description
About Position:
We are looking for a skilled TIBCO Developer with strong expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x or BWCE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying TIBCO-based integration solutions. A solid understanding of EMS, REST/SOAP APIs, and related integration technologies is essential. Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices in a TIBCO environment is a plus.

What You'll Do:
- Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BWCE or BW6.x
- Knowledge of integration patterns and development best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Experience with API management platform (mashery, kong, apigee) is a plus
- Exposure to Spring boot microservices or a strong interest is a plus
- Work on performance tuning, optimization and scaling of integration solutions
- Ensure the solution meets security, performance and operational standards
- Provide support and maintenance for existing applications and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Flexible working in rotational shifts for application support

- Extensive hands-on expertise in TIBCO technologies, with a strong focus on TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) and TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x (mandatory).
