Job Purpose
The Sales Capability Manager has the following responsibilities - Sell-out focus,
Capability building, R&R & UAT and testing Support for Sales system and
automation
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Performance through SIP - Drive business delivery by driving SIP KPIs performance for each TSX and ASM every day with target setting, visibility on ranking and handholding bottom performers Training & Capability Building - Govern the ZSTs and own the productivity of the trainers by focusing on effectiveness through performance coaching for bottom performers and creating impactful circle content modules Digital Champion and Apps Support - Be the circle Digital evangelist and deliver on S&D transformation projects by supporting the design and launch of every single feature that is expected to go live in the circle R&R and Sales Initiatives - Take own digital initiatives that are simple, can transform every circle and also business impacting so that the national digital pipelines are exciting and fool proof interventions
SCM to do comprehensive analysis by KPI by Zone for DSE, TSE, TSM and ASM incentive payouts and ensure timely calculations. He plays an important role in the SIP governance of the role and ensuring that appropriate interventions are initiated for consistent bottom SIP earners. Create a development plan for the individuals in discussion with line managers for TSM and ASM and ensure performance improvement through these initiatives. Identify the capability building need through ZSTs for DSEs and TSEs and directly for TSM and ASM & finalize the interventions Ensure the adoption for local and corporate digital initiatives by managing day to day operational challenges of various Sales Portals like mPower / vConnect / VISA App and liaison with Central team for smooth operations. Incubate and execute high decibel R&R Programs by creating excitement among frontline and liasioning with Marketing & Commercial for end to end closure of the contests
