Job Description
Exotel is the emerging market s leading full-stack customer engagement platform and business-focused virtual telecom operator. Key Requirements:
- Ability to code in at least one programming language for test automation - python is preferred
- Experience or familiarity with QA automation frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, PyTest etc.
- Basic understanding of databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc., along with knowledge of backups/restores and basic SQL
- Good grasp of test grouping, test suite creation, regression testing, sanity testing, etc.
- Basic system knowledge to manage test environments - including simple Linux commands
- Knowledge of shell scripting and Docker is an advantage
- Experience testing APIs manually using tools like Postman or any other tool
- Experience in automated API testing using frameworks such as RestAssured(Java) or Requests + PyTest in python.
- Knowledge of load testing using Jmeter and Locust(Python) is an advantage.
- Experience in Test Management tools like Test Link, Test Rail etc.
- Experience to test a distributed system
- Ability to work independently and interface collaboratively with development teams required
- 2-5 Years of Experience is required.
