Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate, for a leadership position, from the cookware industry background who can help the client expand their product portfolio through the introduction of new appliances and improvement of the current ones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the product roadmap of one of the product lines this includes managing products life cycle, analysing customer feedback, gauging product feature competitiveness and proposing product enhancements based on sound logic.
- New Product Design & Development in coordination with various teams including R&D, sales and marketing
- Identification of the vendors for sourcing material and other requirements
- Constantly gathering and reporting product feedback from various internal & external touch points like consumers, channel partners, call centre, service centres etc.
- Tracking competition (by features, price, channel etc.) in the relevant segments& analysing their products on specifications as well as actual performance.
- Co-working with sales & marketing teams pre and post launch to ensure that the product is a success.
- Assist in training the market facing teams on various product related aspects like key selling points, important technologies used etc.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
