Assist in driving sales and achieving store targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement.

Support with staff scheduling, supervision, and performance management.

Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock management as per guidelines.

Ensure adherence to operational policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

Act as the store leader in the absence of the Store Manager.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in toys, lifestyle, or experiential retail.

Prior experience in team management and store operations is essential.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
