Job Description

• Experience into Domestic (Client Acquisition) as a Business Development Executive
• Experience into Business Development, Recruitment Research
• Identify opportunities, create and introduce new ideas, methods or processes to projects/clients
• Qualifying, developing new clients and maintain relationship with clients
• Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Ensure the annual revenue target is met
• Develop new business in the assigned vertical
• Build a serviceable sales pipeline of open positions to meet periodic revenue goals
• Ensure presentation to clients and signing up the clients for the services
• Excellent business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience in building clientele base
• Must be good in Industry Mapping
• Manage the existing account for domestic staffing and penetration within the same account for repeat opportunities of business
• Provide leadership, coaching and counselling for all associates
