Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a brilliant and resourceful candidate for the Talent Management (HC Operations) team. The candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to operations for the Portugal Human Capital team. Additionally, the individual will gain good exposure to Onboarding, Document Management, Document Audit, and other Talent Management Ops activities.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate will be a graduate/post graduate with 1 -2 years of relevant work experience, an extraordinary record of academic achievements and having strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, along with exceptional verbal acuity and attention to detail.
