ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP and Azure.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or
CloudFormation.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and release automation.
- Monitor and enhance system reliability, availability, and performance using integrated service
tools and 3rd party observability platforms.
- Develop and refine incident response plans and participate in on-call rotations for critical
infrastructure support.
- Optimize cloud cost efficiency and ensure best practices for security, compliance, and
governance in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability best practices into project
development lifecycles.
- Implement and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and related
orchestration tools.
- Automate operational processes and eliminate manual work using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Plan and implement automation to make company processes repeatable, scalable, and secure.
- Leverage SaaS APIs to build integrations across various SaaS and EHR environments.
- Gather requirements from clients, customers or end-users to develop the best automation
solutions.
- Adhere to existing HIPAA, PHI, and HITRUST compliance requirements.
- Support interoperability and integration between providers, EHR platforms, payers, and patients using international information exchange standards (e.g. HL7, IHE), specifications and integration broker platforms.
- Facilitate and lead detailed HL7 v2, HL7 CDA and FHIR interface mapping discussions, and
coordinate practice acquisition data integrations.
- Evaluate and manage compliance with the Federal and State Requirements.
- Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with Company policies.
- Keep commitments and keep direct supervisor informed of work progress, timetables, and
issues.
- Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal and other regulations (e.g., OSHA, WC, HIPAA,
ADA, FEHA, DOL, HR policies and practices).

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES/TALENTS:
- Proficiency in CI/CD automation with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience handling high-availability
architectures.
- Familiarity with networking, security, and cloud governance best practices.
- Experience with incident management and post-mortem analysis.
- Experience with Restful APIs, HL7, FHIR, Corepoint/Mirth Integration Engine.
- Expertise with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting language.
- Advanced understanding of process automation methodologies.
- Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative
solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Knowledge and experience using Apache Air Flow.
- Experience working with Nintex, PowerApps, or similar technology.
- Familiar with SQL.
- Attracts, trains, develops, and retains talent to ensure business objectives are met.
- Team player and individual contributor coupled with excellent communication skills and
interpersonal skills in order to provide guidance to less experienced team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:REQUIRED:
Any combination of the following totaling 7 years of experience:
- College coursework in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, IT Management, or a
closely related discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportionalequivalent: 60 semester hours or associate degree equals one year 90 semester hours equals two years 120 semester hours or bachelors degree equals three years(Note: Only a maximum of 3 years credit for college course work is available.)
- Work experience in enterprise automation.
- 2 years of experience managing teams in an enterprise environment
- Expertise in process identification, documentation and automation.
- Experience automating information flow across enterprise systems, ETL pipelines, with a focus on healthcare systems.
DESIRABLE:
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Professional certifications such as Google Professional Cloud Architect, Google
Professional DevOps Engineer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud strategies.
- Knowledge of Chaos Engineering principles and resilience testing methodologies.
- Experience with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd) and API gateways.
