Senior Java Developer @ Xinthe Technologies

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 58 years of strong hands-on experience in Java Microservices, Spring Boot, and Kafka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable backend services. This role is based in Bangalore and is open only for candidates who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance Java-based microservices.
  
• Work extensively with Spring Boot to build RESTful APIs.
  
• Integrate and manage Kafka for data streaming and messaging.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
  
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
  
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with quick turnaround.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of strong experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
  
• Proficiency in developing Microservices architecture.
  
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for stream processing and messaging.
  
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
  
• Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
  
• Familiar with CI/CD tools, Docker, and containerized deployments.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environment.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and best practices.
