Proficiency in Business Requirements gathering.
Understanding of Business Process Optimization.
Knowledge of Information Technology systems.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Certifications in Business Analysis or IT project management are a plus.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a software development environment.
2+ years of experience in preparing technical documentation, including user manuals, proposals, and compliance documents.
Excellent communication skills.
