Job Description:

• 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house Recruitment).
  
• Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and technical terminologies
  
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri)
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles.
