Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer with expertise in Quadient Designer+Automation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that leverage Quadient technologies to automate document processes, improve operational efficiencies, and drive innovation.
R oles a n d Re s p o n s i b i l i t ie s :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software applications using Quadient Designer+Automation tools and frameworks.
- Integrate Quadient Designer+Automation capabilities to automate document creation, formatting, and distribution processes.
- Optimize workflows and enhance user interfaces to improve usability and user experience.
- Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce coding standards to maintain high standards of software excellence.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Quadient technologies and recommend new tools and methodologies to improve development processes.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and support continuous learning and skill development within the team.
Requirements
D e s i r e d C a n d i d a te pr o f i l e :- Bachelor degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role with expertise in Quadient Designer+Automation technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as [list relevant languages, e.g., Java, C#, Python].
- Hands-on experience with Quadient Designer+Automation tools (e.g., Quadient Inspire Designer, Quadient Automation, Quadient Impress) and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with document management systems and workflow automation.
- Experience with integrating Quadient technologies into enterprise-level applications.
- Contributions to open-source projects or community involvement in Quadient technology forums.
