Job Description
Profile Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience to join our growing design team. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in driving the user experience vision and crafting sophisticated, user-centered digital products for a diverse range of client projects across international markets. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior designers and elevating our overall design standards, including contributing strategically to our marketing and branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Product & Client Design:
- Lead the UX strategy and design direction for complex web and mobile applications, aligning with client business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to define project scope, establish design vision, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Conduct in-depth user research, including advanced methodologies, to uncover deep insights and inform innovative design solutions.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive consensus and clarity.
- Architect complex information architectures, user flows, and interaction models that optimize usability and engagement.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications that effectively communicate design intent and facilitate seamless development.
- Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to clients and executive stakeholders, confidently articulating design rationale and value.
- Provide expert guidance and oversight throughout the development lifecycle to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for design innovation and optimization across client projects.
- Elevated Marketing & Branding Leadership:
- Develop and guide the visual strategy for internal and external marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- Lead the design and execution of complex marketing assets, including website redesigns, interactive presentations, impactful social media campaigns, and engaging event materials.
- Champion brand consistency and visual excellence across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and evolving brand identity.
- Contribute strategically to the development of brand narratives and visual storytelling.
- Explore and implement innovative visual solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness and brand engagement.
- Advanced Tools & Technologies Proficiency:
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop, leveraging advanced features for efficient and high-quality design workflows.
- Strong understanding and practical application of prototyping tools for creating sophisticated and interactive experiences.
- Experience with motion design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) to create engaging visual content is highly valued.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries for scalability and consistency.
- Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
- Mentorship, Team Collaboration & Communication Excellence:
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their growth and development in UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Lead design reviews, providing insightful and constructive feedback to elevate the quality of the teams work.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders, proactively communicating design rationale and progress.
- Effectively articulate complex design concepts and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of internal design processes and standards.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay at the forefront of UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, proactively sharing knowledge with the team.
- Champion the adoption of new tools and techniques to enhance design workflows and user experiences.
- Experiment with innovative design approaches and advocate for user-centered solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in UI/UX design roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and impactful design solutions.
- Deep understanding and proven application of user-centered design principles, UX research methodologies, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
- Extensive experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms across diverse industries.
- Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international project environment.
