• Job Summary:
The opportunity is for a Change & Release Manager -1 . The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic and flexible environment and changing requirements with frequent client interactions.
• Experience in managing the release and change management processes
• Coordinate release activities with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain release schedules
• Ensure releases are delivered on time with high quality
• Oversee the evaluation of change requests
• Manage risks related to release activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
Responsibilities:
• Manage the release and change management processes
• Coordinate release activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain release schedules to meet business requirements
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of releases
• Evaluate change requests and oversee the process
• Identify and manage risks associated with release activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful releases
• Drive process improvements for better efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
• Proven experience in release and change management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Certification in change or release management is a plus
