Key Responsibilities:
1. Insurance Sales: Sell insurance products through broker channels, meeting sales targets and expanding the customer base.
2. Broker Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, providing them with support, training, and product knowledge.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with insurance products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with brokers and customers.
4. Customer Support: Provide support to customers and brokers, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner.
5. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and expand the broker network.
Requirements:
1. Insurance Industry Knowledge: Understanding of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
2. Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven sales and marketing experience, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Broker Management: Experience in managing broker relationships and channels.
