Job Description

• Provide expertise in assisting business and end users for day to day operations primarily in SAP SD and MM area Business and process analysis Liaising with stakeholders from engineering and customer support teams Quality Assurance & Documentation Knowledge and
• Expertise: At least 6 years of IT experience in SAP SD module. Should be well versed with Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Return,
• Consignment Contract, Scheduling Agreements, Credit Debit Memo requests, Rush Orders Cash Sales, Back Orders etc. Good understanding of the integration with the MM module and exposure to SAP MM.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP and non-SAP external systems, IDOC s, rest API s.
• Experience of operating in a large enterprise landscape spanning SAP, middleware and other systems.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for development of custom programs, testing, knowledge article creation.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and problem solving (troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring tools, queries) skills.
• Identify issue patterns and drive continuous improvement ideas to resolve them.
