Job Description

We are seeking an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Cloud technologies. This role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and team management skills to drive seamless integration across business applications. Key responsibilities include

Oversee the end-to-end integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud services

Lead design, development, and deployment of integration solutions across enterprise systems

Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align integration strategies

Define and implement best practices for API development, web services, and data exchange

Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in integration projects

Troubleshoot complex integration issues, optimizing performance and efficiency

Manage a team of integration specialists, providing mentorship and technical guidance

Stay updated on emerging Oracle Cloud trends and drive adoption of best practices

Develop and maintain documentation, governance frameworks, and compliance policies

Support Agile project execution by integrating DevOps methodologies into workflows

Primary Skills

Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), API management, and cloud-based integrations

Strong leadership skills in managing integration projects and cross-functional teams

Hands-on experience in REST and SOAP web services, XML/JSON processing, and data security

In-depth knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite and middleware technologies

Ability to analyze business requirements and design optimized integration solutions

Secondary Skills

Experience in cloud security, risk management, and compliance frameworks

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Effective stakeholder management and executive communication

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices

Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in integration strategies
