Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Mohali. This role involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our team.


What You Need for this Position:




  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




  • 6-18 months of experience in HR or related roles.




  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.




  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.




  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS systems.




  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for human resources and employee engagement.




What You Will Be Doing:




  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.




  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.




  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and activities.




  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.




  • Gather employee feedback through surveys and other methods to identify areas for improvement.




  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.




  • Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation.




  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.




  • Support the performance review process by coordinating review schedules and collecting feedback from managers.




  • Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.




  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.




  • Assist in identifying training needs and sourcing appropriate training resources.
