Walk-In Drive for Site Experts
In High Voltage Transmission Line Projects (400kV to 765kV)
L&Ts Power Transmission & Distribution IC is a leading EPC player in the field of power transmission, distribution. PT&D offers integrated solutions and end-to-end services ranging from design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of Transmission Lines, Substations, Underground Cable Networks, Distribution Networks, Power Quality Improvement projects, Infrastructure Electrification and Mini / Micro Grid projects.
Job Location: PAN INDIA.
1. Planning Engineer
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in planning work for EPC transmission line projects.
- Experience with 400kV to 765kV transmission lines is preferred, especially if you've worked directly at construction and commissioning sites.
- Proficiency in planning software such as MS Project or Primavera, as well as Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary.x
2. Section Incharge
- Bachelors degree in electrical, civil, or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in EPC projects related to transmission lines. Preferred experience in constructing high-voltage transmission lines (400kV to 765kV).
- Supervise all construction activities for transmission lines within the assigned area.
- Ensuring work complies with approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Manage critical tasks such as tower foundation construction, tower erection, and cable stringing.
- Monitor daily site operations, including workforce, equipment, and productivity.
3. Project Manager
- Bachelors degree in electrical, civil, or mechanical engineering.
- A minimum of 12 to 18 years of relevant experience in EPC projects, specifically related to transmission lines. Proven expertise in managing transmission line construction projects ranging from 400kV to 765kV.
- Collaborate effectively with State and Central utility organizations.
- Ensure timely deployment and mobilization of necessary resources.
- Enforce strict cost control measures to maintain budgetary discipline.
- Monitor and report daily progress of project activities.
- Build and lead high-performing project teams.
- Drive the achievement of sales and collection targets, supporting the organizations financial objectives.
- Willingness to work across various regions within the country as required.
