Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of our facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components.
  
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.
  
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in machinery and building systems.
  
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
  
• Assist with equipment installations, office moves, or remodeling projects as needed.
  
• Work collaboratively with other departments and contractors when necessary.
