1 Candidate will be dynamic and energetic
2 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy
3 Manage the recruitment and selection process
4 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
organization
5 Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company
goals.
6 Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
7 Prepares budget of human resources operations.
8 Look - over the attendance sheet and payroll process.
9 Handle employee EPF and ESI Matter
10 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
11 Assess training needs to and monitor training programs
12 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
13 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
14 Make Organizational departmental planning
15 Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans,
vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
16 Formulate new plan and policy for the organization
