Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Participate in the selection and onboarding of new employees
Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues
Administer employee engagement and recognition programs
HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews
Manage employee benefits programs and handle benefit-related inquiries
Compliance and Policies:Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied
Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Conduct employee training on HR-related topics, including diversity, inclusion, and harassment prevention
Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process
Assist in identifying employee development needs and implementing training programs
Work on initiatives to improve employee performance and productivity
Data and Reporting:Generate HR reports and metrics related to key HR performance indicators
Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Contribute to HR budget planning and management
HR Projects:Collaborate on various HR projects, such as restructuring, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives
