Job Description
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in additional technologies such as React, Python, PHP, jQuery, MySQL, and Symfony.
- Proficient in other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
- Strong understanding of OOP principles and server management.
- Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems creatively.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist in leading software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Help in devising product development strategies to enhance company effectiveness.
- Understand the intersection of current and future business goals with ongoing IT initiatives to support business success.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and document product requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the recruitment and training processes for new engineering and project/product management staff.
- Assist in predicting resources and efforts required to achieve product objectives.
- Support in preparing budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
- Help develop and manage detailed product development schedules and work plans.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders involved about product development strategies, adjustments, and progress.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Support in measuring product performance to identify areas for improvement.
