Job Description

Modulr is the Payments as a Service (PaaS) API platform for

digital businesses that need a faster, easier and more reliable

way to move money.

Were delivering a complete digital payments service through

our API-first platform.

• Design, develop, analyse, document and support testing of products, systems or subsystems
• Coordinate with team members to identify software needs and solutions
• Proactively identify issues, bottlenecks, gaps, or other areas of concerns or opportunities and work to either directly affect change, or advocate for that change
• Work in an agile environment
• Document best practices, guides, systems design, reference architectures and

implementations

• Participate in design and code reviews

Experience we need for this role

• Experience with one or more backend programming language e.g Java, Golang, C#
• Experience with Java 8+, Spring and Hibernate will be beneficial
• Awareness and understanding of microservice architecture would be beneficial
• Experience with RDBMS technologies such as PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Understanding of REST API design
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Junit, Cucumber, Mockito
• Experience with DevOPs technologies is beneficial e.g Docker, Kubernetes, BASH

Please note we are looking for only product based companies. We are expanding to pune so initially for couple of months role may be remote but later it will be hybrid(4 days WFO and 1 day WFH)
