About this Role
As a Senior Executive at VOIS, you will be responsible for implementing agreed requirements while adhering to design documents. Your role will involve investigating and solving technical problems, reporting project issues on time, ensuring high-quality deliverables, supporting production systems, and demonstrating commitment, flexibility, and dedication to project goals. You will also be expected to suggest and implement innovative ideas and software improvements.

What you will do
- Implement agreed requirements according to design documents.
- Compare and assess technical solutions and tools.
- Learn from mistakes and apply lessons learned.
- Report and escalate project problems on time.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and conduct unit tests.
- Minimise defects during QA and UAT processes.
- Support production systems and implement required KPIs.
- Investigate root causes and recommend technical solutions within agreed SLAs.
- Deliver tasks on time and within project plans, adapting to unplanned changes.
- Cooperate with team members to achieve project targets.
- Suggest and implement new ideas and software improvements.
