Job Description

Role: Service Now Engineer to support the Enterprise Business Resiliency (EBR) line of business. Note: Prior experience with Service Now Business Continuity Management would be ideal for this position.
Required Qualifications:

5 + years of ServiceNow Software Engineering experience (new development and support

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Business Continuity Module (BCM), ITSM, Common Services Data Model, and/or custom workflows
2+ years of Agile delivery experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a scrum team to design, implement, and support IT solutions to business needs
